THE LIGHTHOUSE

THE LIGHTHOUSE

The lighthouse warns the ships at sea

of dangerous, rocky shoals.

It guides them to safe harbor,

And helps them reach their goals.

The lighthouse guides their chosen paths,

Safely through day or night.

It helps them navigate carefully,

By the bright, and helpful, light.

There is one Lighthouse few might see,

It is the Lighthouse shining for all.

The Lighthouse desires to guide each life,

And keep us from the fall.

The Lighthouse beckons with love so sweet,

He calls us with beams from above,

He shall guide us with soft wings of His Spirit,

He is the Lighthouse of Love.

There is a Lighthouse that shall always shine,

There is One that loves you expressly,

He beckons us to come and dine,

Dine with the Lighthouse of Love.

This Lighthouse of Love shines forth, you see?

He glows with such glory above,

He shall light our paths on land and sea,

He is the Lighthouse of Love.

Jesus is the guiding Lighthouse,

He calls with a voice of love.

When we accept him as Savior ,

We are led by the Lighthouse of Love.
