His Word is always true, you see,
He tells us how to live.
He always says He loves us dearly,
But for us, that love we must give.
Our leaders are put there by His hands,
Although we think we do by vote.
He is the one that rules, and stands
By everything that He wrote.
Yes, He, through the Holy Spirit
Working upon simple men,
Wrote the complete Bible,
Some believe, yet, some refrain.
He still reigns over this old world,
But man tries to take it from His hands,
Soon they shall see that it will not be,
For He is King of Kings, and He shall stand.
If the people pray for the President,
If the President prays too,
Then the Lord can give him wisdom,
Which is what we want Him to do.
Jesus stands by our President,
No matter what kind, or brand.
Jesus will be constantly with him,
And hold him in His hand.
