SHE SAID!

SHE SAID!

Mary said, "He is Risen." Peter said," He what?"

Mary said, "I talked with Him."

Peter said, "You did not."

Mary said," He spoke my name."

Peter said, "You must be insane."

Mary said," No, for truly He is God."

Peter ran to the tomb,

And what did he find?

He found it EMPTY,

And angels told why.

"He is Risen, He is not here."

Jesus told Mary to tell Peter and the others,

That he would meet them

Again in Galilee.

My friends and neighbors, hear me speak!

Jesus of Nazareth is Risen from the dead,

He was raised the third day by the

Holy Spirit of the Father.

The reason is His magnificent Love,

From He and the Father above.

He is Risen from the dead,

So that He can raise us at the Father's pleasure.

He is Mighty God, Counselor, Father,

Holy King of the Universe.

Hear the angels sing an "Hallelujah"

Unto the King,

The Risen Son of the Living God.

Praise you, Jesus, Praise you, Father,

In the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
