WHERE ART THOU?

Oh, My Love, where art thou?

My heart is moaning for you.

My lips are crying for your kiss,

My eyes are awaiting the sight of you.

Oh, My Love, where art thou?

You sometimes come to me in the night,

Yet, you leave at morning's light,

And I awake from my lovely dreams of you.

Oh, My Love, where art thou?

My spirit wishes to entwine with your spirit,

My life wants to be lived as your life,

My heart roams the fields looking for you.

Oh, My Love, where art thou?

My eyes cry to be filled with the sight of you.

My arms long to be enwrapped about you,

And my mind has you within, constantly within.

Oh, My Love, where art thou?

I am awaiting thee 'neath the weeping willow tree,

For its softly swaying lace shall hide our love,

And we shall enjoy our love forever-more.
